A self-help author in the deaths of three people after a sweat lodge ceremony in Arizona sentenced in mid-November, will be punished.

Yavapai County Superior Court Judge Warren Darrow ranked 18th James Arthur Ray in November as a day to see if he spent some time in jail. Ray has led to dozens of people at the ceremony two years ago near Sedona.

Three people were killed, and the jury convicted Ray on three of the murders earlier this year.

Darrow also booked six days in November for a trial in which advocates argue for Ray penalty reduction is lower. Ray is now mainly a trial period of nine years in prison.
